Hi, I’m Paul and I turn ambiguity into products that scale.

I'm a Vancouver-based Senior Product Designer, and I do my best work when the problem space is still open and the stakes are high. I've spent my career bringing clarity to that kind of complexity and turning it into systems that scale. Most recently at Microsoft, currently working with Asana.

I care deeply about getting the foundations right. That means framing problems clearly, aligning teams around what actually matters, and designing with enough foresight to keep everyone moving in the same direction when the path forward isn't obvious. That holds whether the work is a design system, a new platform surface, or an AI-driven product.

My work has spanned high-visibility platform launches at Microsoft and the systems thinking that keeps products coherent as they scale. What I'm most proud of is building things that teams believed in and that lasted.
